Okay everyone; I have some interesting news for you all. You want to have your books on the shelf in bricks and mortar stores. Well, Dressing Your Book is working on a way to make that happen for you. The one thing it would require is that all books be published through Dressing Your Book and printed through Lightening Source. This is not a big deal in any case. The more authors and books I can get the cheaper it will be for all of you to avail yourself of this new and creative service Dressing Your Book will be offering by the first of the year. There will be an annual fee for me to advertise your books through Ingram distributions catalog so that your books will be in bricks and mortar stores. Something totally new for independent authors. I am trying to take you all to a place you have never been before. Please drop me an e-mail at dressingyourbook@comcast.net to let me know if you are interested in joining this great new adventure. You can also post a comment on here as well and I will get them all and get you all ready for a great new year.

Lila Pinord
Lila Pinord is the author of four books and has more on the way. Her biographical information is below, copied from her webpage.. She has led a varied and interesting life which makes her books an interesting read. Look for more to come on Ms. Pinord in the future. Her books are available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Lila L. Pinord was born and raised on the Quinault Indian Reservation in a small fishing village called Queets, Washington. She was so small at birth that her father held her in the palm of one hand. She finished grade school at Queets-Clearwater, then it was on to Lake Quinault High School where she earned a scholarship to Grays Harbor College, being Salutitorian of her class. She married at the age of 21 and had one daughter Kimberley. Divorced, she later married her lifelong friend and loving husband James Pinord. He passed away in November of 2003 from the dreaded killer, cancer.
After retirement, Lila went into writing full time and it certainly paid off when she published her first book SKYE DANCER in 2003. Her second book EVIL LIVES IN BLUE ROCK was published on April 30, 2005. Much of her stories are based on her upbringing on the Reservation with all the legends, superstitions and mysticism that abound there. MIN’S MONSTER was published in 2007 and is set in the village where she grew up, though it is fiction with a bit of the truth tossed in- as are the other books as well.
Ms. Pinord has enlisted my help in getting her name out there so more people are aware of her books and public events she will be attending. Look for more information here and on other websites as well.
